World-class chocolate shops, the Eiffel Tower, sidewalk cafés, long walks along the Seine, some of the top restaurants in the world, the setting for numerous romantic movies, little bookstores and the very romantic Orsay Museum impressionist paintings…what more could you want! Of course, in February it would be very cold, but what better excuse to snuggle up together on the Bateau Mouche and drift down the river, or huddle in the back corner of a little café, drinking red wine and holding hands.

I’ve been to France (south France) several times and they don’t impress me. PARIS would be the LAST place I’d want to go for ANY day. Unless you speak PERFECT French, they pretend not to understand you. However, when I was in Tunis, Viet Nam, and Mauritius, my French was easily understood.
