What Does It Mean When A Guy Says “your Daddy Knows How To Grow Them?”?

I was talking to a guy friend, and some how i brought my dad up. And he’s like “Your daddy knows how to grow them?” What’s it mean? Is it good or bad?

    He means that you look so great that your father supposedly “knows” how to raise hot chicks as daughters.
    Its up to you to determine if that’s an insult or a compliment.
