How To Sync Christmas Lights With Music Playing From Small Speakers?

Pretty self-explanatory… I have got two relatively small speakers in my room and i want to put christmas lights around my room that will flash to the music. How would i do this? Do you like rap music? If so, here is a daily updated list of the top 10 rap songs.
