I seriously need to lose inches. I am eating right but I need some exercises that will help lose inches from my hips and waist that I can do inside and I have a Wii nintendo but no Wii Fit or Balance board. Are their any that doesn’t require a balance board? Thanks in advance.

The Wii is a video game console. But when you think about it, playing games including Wii Sports, Wii resort, and other moving around games, are exercising. But when playing Guitar Hero, or Animal Crossing, your not exercising. Also, Wii Sports has a program called Wii Age on it, which our family REALLY enjoys, and most of all, your work at your hardest trying to get the best age. Hope I Helped! =D Good-Luck With Exercising!
Yes! I have nearly all of them!
Have fun!
1. My Fitness Coach. This is the staple of my workouts. It’s $30, often on sale for $20, and quite a nice workout that’s well-tailored to your needs. It’s more of a program than a game, though, and has no biofeedback.
2. Dance, Dance Revolution Hottest Party. Foot-stomping fun makes for great cardio. Comes with a dance pad, or you can pick up a generic dance pad for $20.
3. Gold’s Gym Cardio Fitness. One of my favorites! It’s really boxing, with a handful of other exercises thrown on as an afterthought, but it’s very well done and a lot of fun.
4. Helix. Not deliberately an exercise game, but all that waving of hands in the air burns calories. I find it’s a tremendous warmup before I do any of the boxing or other upper body stuff, and it’s only $10.
5. Sambe de Amigo. Again, more of a silly flailing-your-arms game than an exercise program, but a nice warmup. The music is catchy, which makes me dance, which makes me burn more calories. It isn’t the greatest game in the world, but I got it for $10 and can’t complain.
6. Ea Sports Active. I actually don’t care for this exercise program, but other people love it, so who am I to judge? It’s a good workout, even if I don’t find it fun. And judging from Amazon.com reviews, my friends and I are the only people who think it’s a drag. It’s designed to compete with Wii Fit by being a more intense workout that works with no balance board.
7. Daisy Fuentes Pilates and The Biggest Loser. I put these in the same line because they’re both equally terrible. They’re exercise games, but they’re terrible. Rent them if you’re so curious you want to burn money finding out how awful they are.
As you can see, I’m a big believer in video game exercise.
I think those Biggest Loser games don’t require the balance board.
Sonic and the Black Knight, Clone Wars: Lightsaber Duels and a few other games involve you to swing your arms so much that they almost fall off. That’s a pretty good work out. Wii Sports boxing also makes you sweat.
Yeah. There are. It’s a MOTION CONSOLE. I do believe there are some games like Baseball and Tennis that do not need the balance board. Try also walking or jogging outside or even on the spot. Maybe try a gym membership or a personal trainer.
Hope this helps!!

Nintendo Wii games don’t work as well as runs and exercise.
Wii sports is pretty intense though.
Some games like wii sports and wii sports resort.
Yeah, it’s called the “outside”.
Maybe Wii Sports?? All you need is a Wii remote
