How To Use Either A Laptop Battery? When You Are Using For The First Time You Have To Do? (macbook Pro 17)?

You have read articles that say the charge to 100% and the download and let it repeat again, is that right?

To keep an Apple battery in good shape, you should generally drain it to around 30-40%, then recharge to 70%, and drain again. Their li-polly batteries, like all other li-polly batteries, work best in this range. Discharge completely and recharge fully to give good balance and calibration, you should do this generally once a month.

    Read this articles from Apple:http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa…
You can perform a calibration by doing this:http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1490
Do this once a month or so, the rest of the time does not matter.
Mine is plgged in most of the time.
