I can sympathize: I’ve had to do that after I’ve had friends by who were into clogging, and my floors simply weren’t able to handle that..
A little baking soda paste should do the trick, then follow with a light mopping. After that, look for a product in the stores that will put a skid-resistant finish on your floor.
