mandy is correct. you should have windows movie maker installed on your computer if you have windows xp. check the best answer on this page for help:http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?…
It’s a speed percentage setting, like Time Stretch. Most of your more featured programs have that. I know Adobe Premiere Elements 8 and Sony Vegas Movie Studio 9 both have it.
