    Have you tried paint thinner?
Also Motsenbocker Lift Off #3 will work on paint removal, both oil and latex, as well as permanent marker, other coloring such as ink, newspaper ink, ballpoint pen, fingernail polish etc.
I’d be surprised if the paint thinner and your finger nail doesn’t work.

    it depends on the paint.
If it is water based then use water and a scrubbing sponge, if it is cellulose based you use the same thinner you used to cut the paint down.

all u need is some good peanut butter and about a poun of baking soda. mix the peanut butter with the backin soda and scrub with a brush. he peanut butter will prevent the baking soda from damaging your tile thats why i added it

The best way to get paint off tiles is to not get the paint there in the first place.
