How To Download Ringtones On The Motorola Rival A455?

How do I do it? I can’t find out how to! help?
Also on the Rival can you make recorded sounds your ringtones? How?
Lastly, does the software for downloading pics off of the phone work on a mac? if no, is there away I can do it on a mac? Any help would be great. Thx!
