How do I do this. I need to block AIM, myspace, facebook, and youtube and other like sites and programs, but still allow use of microsoft word and dictionary.com and the like. I would like the disabilities to only apply to one account and not to the admin account.

create the account in user accounts, then put the parental controls on that account
You can set up the firewall on your router to block access to certain sites…. or use a proxy with filters. If the only website being used would be dictionary.com the easier route would be to just download a dictionary program online that way you could disable the internet all together
