    Put the phone to your ear and stretch your arm out and point your finger to the direction of the nearest cellular base station.. Honestly, i don’t think there is anything you can do.

    Try to stay away from any devices that may interrupt your cell phone frequency. Microwave ovens, Wi-Fi signals, and radios can all interrupt your cell phone signal waves.
